The entrance slope presents a challenge, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. The room decor and overall building aesthetics feel dated, leaving an impression of age rather than charm. Breakfast variety could certainly be improved, as it lacked sufficient options.

Well, where do I start? I thought the hotel woudl be top-notch, but alas, the outdated building reminded me of a run-down establishment. Not to mention, the inconvenient restaurant placement left me confused, and I definitely expected a welcome gift considering my stay. If only I could give them a better review, but I just couldn’t.

The stunning sea view from the Premier Double Room with Hot Spring Bath truly made our stay wonderful. Soaking in the private onsen while looking out at the ocean was a highlight. The room was spacious, and the hot spring bath was a welcome treat after a day out. Dining in a private room was a special experience. the meals were gorgeous and definitely a must-try. However, the location of the restaurant in the annex felt a bit inconvenient. Also, some areas of the building seemed a bit aged and could use some updating. We felt that the public onsen was not as clean as we had hoped, which was disappointing. Still, the staff were attentive and made efforts to enhance our experience.

yuyado ichibanchi had stunning sea views and was just a short walk from the train station, making it super convenient. the deluxe room with a sea view was a highlight, and relaxing in the private onsen was a treat!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Yuyado Ichibanchi. The location is superb, just a quick 3-minute walk from Atami Station, making it easy to explore the area. The authentic atmosphere, combined with a private onsen in my room offering ocean views, made for a wonderfully relaxing experience.

It was just a suitable option for a brief pit stop in Atami with very good value for money. The hot spring in the room was nice after a long day of traveling. Carrying luggage might be tricky, so be prepared for the slope at the entrance.
